- Workybee relinquishes all intellectual property rights to the final design upon full payment, and no further claims will be made by Workybee on the finalized work.
- Any unused concepts or preliminary designs remain the intellectual property of Workybee and may be reused at the discretion of the design studio.

- Workybee is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use or modification of the design post-completion. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the design complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Subjectivity of Design:
- Design is subjective, and while we strive to meet client expectations, satisfaction is not guaranteed. We work closely with clients to achieve the desired result within the specified scope.
- Client Approval:
- The client is responsible for approving the final design. Once approved, changes may incur additional charges.
- Portfolio Display:
- We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a prior agreement is made in writing.
- Unforeseen Circumstances:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical issues, or other force majeure events, timelines may be adjusted, and the client will be notified promptly.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
- If the client requires a non-disclosure agreement, it must be discussed and agreed upon before the project commences. Additional charges may apply for NDA agreements.
